Become a Sponsor

Farmer Foodshare offers several sponsorship opportunities that enable businesses and organizations to reach new audiences and help change the local food system for the better:

Adopt a Donation Station

Benefits

  • Full year of visibility at the farmers market of your choice
  • Additional patrons from our Rewards Card program
  • Recognition piece for your workplace
  • Shout-outs in Farmer Foodshare communications

Farmer Foodshare operates Donation Stations at nearly 40 farmers markets across North Carolina. There, volunteers encourage local shoppers to donate food or money. Those funds are used to purchase local produce from the farmers at market…food that’s then donated to a local agency serving community members in need.

When you Adopt a Donation Station, you are helping local community members unite around fresh, nutritious food, ensuring that it’s available to all. It feels pretty good.

Roots & Revelry: A Harvest Dinner

Benefits

  • Complimentary tickets (certain levels)
  • Visibility in event publicity
  • Shout-outs in Farmer Foodshare communications
  • Additional recognition at farmers market-based Donation Stations (certain levels)

Our annual event brings together civic and local business leaders, partner organizations, and food enthusiasts committed to investing in their local communities for an evening of amazing food, music and general merriment. Roots & Revelry 2018 will be held Sunday, October 7.

There are multiple levels of event sponsorship, each with its own set of benefits.

custom Sponsorship Opportunities

Benefits

  • Customized recognition tailored to the needs of your organization

Farmer Foodshare is breaking down the barriers to growing and accessing fresh, locally grown food. You can too.

Maybe you'd like to provide "financial aid" for public schools who believe in offering students local veggies but have limited budgets. Or maybe you'd like to help us put another truck on the road (with your logo!) to better serve communities across North Carolina. We look forward to learning more about your specific interests and crafting a custom opportunity.
