Volunteer Opportunities

Ride along with POP Market - Take a behind-the-scenes look at Farmer Foodshare's POP Market by riding along to collect fresh food from local farmers and deliver it to hunger relief agencies in the Triangle region. POP Market is food distribution program with a heart that connects the local bounty to organizations fighting local hunger. Get in on the action and schedule your ride-along for Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and/or Saturday from 7:30am-3:30pm. Donation Station Volunteers – Weekly volunteer opportunities are available at the Farmers’ Market Donation Station every Saturday and midweek afternoons! If you love fresh food and want to get involved in sharing the bounty from your local farmers market with those in need now is the chance!
