There are many ways to get involved. Current volunteer opportunities will be posted on this page. We rely on volunteer power to operate, and we have fun, family-friendly volunteer opportunities to fit every schedule!

Volunteer Opportunities

Donation Station Volunteers – Weekly volunteer opportunities are available at the Farmers’ Market Donation Station every Saturday and midweek afternoons! If you love fresh food and want to get involved in sharing the bounty from your local farmers market with those in need now is the chance! All ages welcome. Read more here. If you are interested in becoming a Donation Station volunteer, please fill out our Volunteer Application and return it to volunteer@farmerfoodshare.org.

Already a trained volunteer? Sign up for Donation Station shifts here!

Office Volunteers – Help the Farmer Foodshare staff with routine & special administrative and clerical tasks! Email a Volunteer Application to us at volunteer@farmerfoodshare.org.

Food Ambassadors Volunteers – Ambassadors fill in gaps in knowledge that might otherwise prevent people form eating and enjoying fresh food.Interested in volunteering as an Ambassador? Read more to learn about the program! If you are interested in participating, email a Volunteer Application to volunteer@farmerfoodshare.org. No trainings are scheduled at this time.
