Anjalique Knight

Anjalique joined the Farmer Foodshare Board of Directors in 2024. She is currently the Director of Education and Outreach at the Pauli Murray Center for History and Social Justice. 

Prior to stewarding the childhood home of a Durham activist, they worked as a high school history teacher. Anjalique has a bachelor’s degree in Africana Studies from Tufts University, and grew up in Fayetteville/Raeford, NC.  

Anjalique is passionate about local history, equitable access, and food as cultural memory. When not working you can find her trying a new Guyanese recipe, snuggling a foster pup, or spending time with family and friends.
